Description:

One of the most active chapters, the Adirondack group has over 280 members, owning and using in excess of 200 boats of various age, classification, and state of restoration, offering an opportunity to participate in a wide variety of boating-related activities throughout the year. Two or three workshops are conducted each year at several different locations with each workshop dedicated to topics of specific interest to chapter members, such as engine installation, refinishing techniques, boat surveys, and carburetor rebuilding. Two boat shows run by the chapter each year attract an increasing number of visitors.
